Law Enforcement Firearms Training
Module 1 covers the science behind the implementation of proper body mechanics to increase speed and accuracy.
Module 2 trains officers to quickly and efficiently reload their rifle from both static positions and while on the move.
Rifles present unique challenges when they malfunction. Module 3 stresses critical identification and clearance of malfunctions.
Module 4 trains officers how to master every function of their rifle while using their primary or secondary hand only.
Urban environments can be challenging. Module 5 teaches shooting from any point of elevation to stop the threat.
Throughout the course, students work together to accomplish stated objectives in dynamic scenarios.
The entire D.R.A.W. School Patrol Rifle training course* will be available in the same online training format as handgun training in the spring of 2019! This self-paced, instructor-led training course will systemically walk you through all five initial modules of instruction. Officers will also receive a FREE RifleBlok for use when conducting dry-fire training drills. Every aspect of mastering your ability to effectively and efficiently use your rifle is covered in this one-of-a-kind course.
