D.R.A.W. School was conceived in early 2013 when a team of forward-thinking firearms instructors, Olympic team doctors, neurologists, and athletic trainers came together with a singular mission—to revolutionize law enforcement firearms training. Recognizing the limitations of traditional methods, they sought to develop a cutting-edge curriculum designed exclusively for law enforcement officers.
While ahead of its time at the outset, D.R.A.W. School quickly proved to be exactly what officers needed as attacks on law enforcement escalated.
THE LIMITATIONS OF TRADITIONAL FIREARMS TRAINING
For decades, law enforcement firearms training has remained largely unchanged. THE FINDINGS WERE CLEAR:
"Decades of tradition-based firearms training unimpeded upon by progress."
In May 2016, Police Magazine wrote a four-page article on the developmental background and early successes of the D.R.A.W. School program. This extensive article featured interviews with departments who saw immediate success with D.R.A.W. School firearms training.
