SAFETY FIRST!
Effective training MUST be realistic, but that DOESN'T mean safety has to be sacrificed. All non-live-fire training requires the mandatory use of BarrelBlok and RifleBlok safety devices in EVERY firearm. Using BarrelBlok and RifleBlok allows each instructor candidate to turn THEIR own firearm in a completely safe, fully disabled, inert dry-fire training tool. This increases the realism of training and their understanding of their individual weapons platform throughout the course. Their firearm becomes a perfect "replica" for training purposes. This allows for unparalleled training realism in real-world 3-D environments. Graduates have commented many times how much more comfortable they were able to train to a higher standard and focus knowing that every single firearm was absolutely safe!
SafeST TRAINING
BarrelBlok and RifleBlok were designed and developed for D.R.A.W. School training courses to make firearms training safe without sacrificing realism or inducing training scars. BarrelBlok is a patented, two-piece training aid that serves two purposes. First, it blocks and prevents the introduction of live ammunition into the chamber. A visual indicator shows that the firearm is safe. Second, the magazine inserts, called MagBlok, prevents the slide or bolt from locking to the rear on an empty magazine. This duplicates the firearm's mechanical functioning as if it had real ammunition in it. This means that all functions and malfunctions with a firearm can be safely and realistically duplicated in a training environment. When live-fire exercise are initiated, BarrelBloks are removed from firearms on the firing line to allow use of live ammunition.

BarrelBlok is available in all popular law enforcement handgun calibers such as 9mm, 40 S&W, 45 ACP and 357 Sig. .380 Auto is available for smaller back-up weapons. RifleBlok is available in .223 Rem/5.56 NATO, .308 and 4.6x30mm (MP7) for rifles and carbines.
